Journalling - What is it and why does it help. In my opinion, journalling is the art form of writing our thoughts out and decluttering our busy minds. It is often a process thats therapeutic and vulnerable. It is often sensitive in nature and not shared. 

Journalling helps by releasing our thoughts and putting them onto paper, often we need to get our thoughts out of our head and this is how journalling helps. 

This blog is my journal to share with the world. It will always be my honest truth. I hope you enjoy.
